Remote Recharge Healing Energy Sessions
QUARTERLY SESSIONS: 30 MINUTES OF HEALING ENERGY + AN IN-DEPTH PDF SUMMARY
Remote Recharge Distance Healing Sessions are now seasonal offerings, allowing more time to integrate the energy and themes that are provided through the energy. In the 30 minute healing, I connect with crystals, plants and other earth energies to intuitively channel the best medicine for the group. As I process the summary afterwards, I allow deeper messages to emerge as a continuation of the session. The energy is sent to all registrants, and there will now be a Zoom option in addition to receiving remotely when it feels aligned.
I will also be hosting the information here on my website so that you can revisit the messages, and I can add additional blog articles that are relevant to the seasonal themes and inspirations. I am looking forward to this new format! Feel free to reach out with any questions!
Each session can be purchased individually, or in a package to receive all four. The Spring Remote Recharge session will take place on April 3 at 7pm EST!
Remote Recharge Overview

Remote Recharge sessions are intended to be a seasonal balancing of energy that addresses the astrological and individual experiences of the group. The core of this experience is a 30 minute distance healing energy session using earth energies such as crystals and plants! In 2025, these will be offered quarterly at the beginning of each season, alchemizing the initiative of the cardinal signs. I will be offering a live experience for the healing energy, with a 30 minute opportunity for participants to share and ask questions after the energy session. A replay will be included in the blog page for that season within 48 hours.

The session summary PDF will be posted within 36 hours of the live Recharge, allowing time for additional resources and messages from spirit to be included. The PDF details the crystals and other earth energies that came through in the session as well as journal prompts to compliment the themes and stories that emerge.
If you aren’t able to make it live to the Remote Recharge, you can still access the energy because it only requires the intention to receive! I always suggest documenting your own experience before reading the session summary PDF so that you are integrating the energy and intuitive information directly. This also provides an opportunity to validate your own connection to earth energy.

There are no specific requirements for preparation when you receive a Remote Recharge session, but I do have some suggestions for making the most of it! Having a journal with you is beneficial for documenting sensations, emotions, images and other intuitive information that comes to you throughout the session. Many people find themselves a flow of words coming through them in the energy as well. Being in a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted for the 30 minute healing energy session is recommended in order to have a concentrated experience. Crystals, blankets, candles and other sensory items can enhance the healing experience, so feel free to gather things that bring you comfort if you feel called!
